Mission Statement/ Vision Statement

  Vision Statement Classes will be engaging, thought provoking and memorable for every person who walks through the door whether they are a child or an adult. Education, imagination, and creativity has no age limit and no boundaries. Be who you are in your space!  Mission Statement Teach, educate and encourage our future and present communities. Increasing confidence, active learning, and real world experiences are centered at our forefront.

  1. A set period of the day to unwind. Can be done at home or during the school week. This is a way to take their mind off of the other academics of school and even stressors on the weekend (social, etc).  Mondays: Stretching Tuesday: Writing anxious ideas/ stressors out on the board, practicing gratitude Wednesday: Painting/ Gardening/ Reading Day Thursday: Volunteering a pet shelter (rescue dogs)  Friday: Review of the week  Takeaways:  The importance of training the mind and how it relates to western schools. There are options available to use mindfulness in the classroom (program, a time of day, a topic, etc).
